If for any reason you are not in love with your stock item selections, we will gladly issue you a store credit for future use on stock or custom items, or exchange the item for you within 60 days of purchase when returned in new condition. Custom or made-to-order items are non-exchangeable.
PLEASE NOTE: Exchanges are available for items purchased within 60 and in new condition. Items not qualifying for exchange will be returned to the customer at the cost of shipping. Exchanges and store credit are processed with out charge. If you opt to receive a refund to your original payment method, you will be charged a 10% processing fee.
- Complete the form below to receive your RA number. Do not ship items without a return authorization number.
- Package your item in the original packaging or a cardboard box. We strongly recommend insuring your package for its total value. Customers are responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please include a note in your package with your RA number.
- Ship your package. When using the post office please mail to: Hyo Silver, P.O. Box 2488, Bandera, Texas 78003. When using UPS, FEDEX or other carrier services sent to: Hyo Silver, 1107 12th Street Bandera, Texas 78003.
- Allow for 10 business days upon receipt of your package for processing and, if applicable, return shipment. If you are requesting a refund, please note this is subject to a 10% processing fee and funding can take up to 30 days after your item is received.
