How I Got Started in Rodeo
I always wanted horses as a little girl. In 2017, I was part of the 4H Horse Project and one of the members needed help with riding horses. I offered to help and fell in love! Once I started riding, I became interested in rodeo. I got my own horse shortly after that, started riding regularly, and learned how to barrel race.
What Inspires Me
I try to learn everything I can about horses and riding from the people around me. I’m blessed to know several people that are as passionate about horses as I am, and they are willing to share their knowledge. They drive me to be a better person and rider.
Advice I would Give to Someone Wanting to Follow in My Footsteps
Follow your dreams, when you fall off, get back on, and don’t listen to negativity from others. You do YOU!
