To Our Hyo Silver Family,

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Hyo Silver closed its storefront on March 18th to protect its employees and community from the spread of the coronavirus. During this time our online store remained open but operating with very limited staff and some delays. Following the guidance of the Governor of Texas, Hyo Silver will start resuming some operations as of Friday, April 24th.

While our storefront showroom will remain closed to customers until further notice, we are very excited to welcome our employees back to Hyo Silver headquarters! We will be ready to take your calls and respond to your emails! Please stay tuned for other updates.

As we all return to some normalcy we are excited to respond to custom design requests. Our team will be working on layouts as soon as possible and will be reaching out to customers in the order these requests were originally submitted. Due to the recommended precautions and closures, our custom workshop is experiencing delays. Please anticipate a 1-2 month delay on your custom design. We appreciate your patience during this unprecedented Spring!

We greatly appreciate all the support and patience that we have received from our customers, staff, and community during this challenging time. We are all in this together and have been praying for the safety and health of our customers and their families.
