Hyo Silver - COVID-19 Response

To Our Hyo Silver Family,

Hyo Silver was founded by people who care deeply about their community and the customers they serve. In response to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, Hyo Silver closed its storefront on March 18th to protect its employees and community from the spread of the coronavirus. Our storefront will remain closed until further notice. It is our responsibility to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and to follow the guidance and recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), local and state governments, and our President.

As of now, we will continue to serve customers via online orders and email.  If you have an issue that needs immediate attention please email us at support@hyosilver.com   Following recommended precautions, Hyo Silver is operating with a very limited staff remotely.  This may cause shipping delays and our schedule is subject to change. Hyo Silver will also be pausing new custom design layouts, but will still be taking them online.  When we resume working on new custom orders they will be processed in the order we received them.

We are in this together and appreciate your understanding and support at this unprecedented time. We are praying for the safety and health of our customers and their families.
