Exchanges are available for items purchased within 60 and in new condition. Items not qualifying for exchange will be returned to the customer at the cost of shipping.

Step 3: Return Authorization Number

Directly after submitting this form, you’ll receive a return authorization number in a display window. The return authorization number will also be emailed to your inbox. Write your Return Authorization number on the outside of the package or on a note inside of the package.

Step 4: Return Ship Your Package

Package your item in original packaging or a box, insure the package for the full price and retain your tracking number for reference, then ship to:

Be sure to include your Return Authorization Number in or on the package. Take note of your tracking number and save it for your records. Insuring your items is recommended as customers are responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages mailed to Hyo Silver. All packages shipped from the Hyo Silver Headquarters have tracking and are insured. Please allow 10 business days for us to process your request upon receipt of your shipment. Once your exchange has been processed, our customer service staff will contact you to setup payment if required for the exchange.
