Creating Your Custom Designs
At Hyo Silver, we customize signature rings, knives, belt buckles, cufflinks and more! Placing a custom order with Hyo Silver is simple. Simply select the type of accessory you would like from our Customs Gallery and then browse and find a base design that most closely resembles your vision.
There are many options to customize each base design so once you have chosen yours, select the item, and it will take you to a description page. Our easy custom order form will then show you all the additional design options including custom lettering, stone colors, metal options and a field to leave notes for your designer. You can even upload a file with a logo or another design!
Once submitted, a Hyo Silver Designer will reach out in 8-10 business days with a preliminary design layout to review. You can work with the designer to communicate any changes or adjustments you may need. Once approved, a 50% deposit will be required before your design goes into production. This year, we are rolling out a new feature for custom orders. Customers will now have the option to put a deposit down when they initially submit an inquiry to receive priority status! Customers who opt to pay a deposit upfront will have their artwork pushed to the front of the line and your artwork will be completed first. Keep in mind that the deposit made through your inquiry only reflects 50% of the base price for the jewelry. It does not take into account additional charges like chains, genuine stones, engraving, and other extras.

Our average turnaround time for custom work at Hyo Silver is approximately 10 weeks, and we always recommend ordering at least 16 weeks in advance for special events, like for graduations, weddings, and Christmas! After submitting your request online, you will receive an email from your Design Associate with a digital layout of your design and instructions for the approval process. Communicate any artwork changes to your designer at this time. Please do not submit additional custom designs online. Please contact your Design Associate directly via email or phone with any questions, changes or additions to your order.
Customers must submit both written approval of the design and make the 50% deposit or payment in full to finalize an order (instructions are sent via email). Once both approval and payment are received, a confirmation email containing your order number is sent to your email within about 5 days. Production time is approximately 10 weeks, which does not include design time or time in transit. Production time may vary due to order volume, so earlier is always better, especially during the holidays.
