Due to high demand, submissions with a paid deposit are prioritized. Only 1 submission necessary per Custom Order. Paid submissions typically receive initial artwork concepts within 3 business days, while non-paid submissions may take up to 30 business days. Following submission, a Hyo Silver Designer will contact you via email to discuss your request. Not all design concepts are feasible; your Designer will collaborate with you to refine elements within achievable parameters or suggest suitable alternatives. Once artwork is approved and the required deposit is finalized, average production time is 10 weeks. Hyo Silver reserves the right to refuse service. All Artwork provided is owned by Hyo Silver.
