When Will My Order Be Shipped?
Orders placed before 8am CST on Monday through Friday are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 8am CST will ship the following business day. Orders placed on weekends and when our headquarters is closed also will ship on the next business day.
Our headquarters is closed on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

UPS is our preferred shipping method. Tracking numbers are provided via email with every order.

PO Boxes ship via USPS Ground Advantage. - Orders More Than $250 – Free Shipping* (Excludes Custom Orders)

International Shipments
Canada: Call 830-796-7961 for pricing on shipments to Canada via UPS International Shipping (duty + tax included); a valid street address is required. Hyo Silver accepts online orders for addresses in the United States and Canada only. All transactions are made in United States dollars (USD). Exchange rates may apply. Hyo Silver will not accept any prepaid postage, packaging, or labels to ship any of our items.
